Indonesia’s Signature Fruits

These fruits probably well known in other region of the Southeast Asia too, but I always telling my self that these fruits are actually one of Indonesia’s signature fruits :

1. Rambutan

Dont’t judge the book by its cover, try applied it to this fruit, it has hairy looks but the fruit is so sweet and taste good.

2. Manggis

I have just found out that Manggis in English is Mangosteen but yeh this fruit is also sweet.

3. Nangka

This fruit in English is Jackfruit but funny thing is when i mentioned it once to my friend from England she didn’t know what Jackfruit is so I’m not so sure anymore what this fruit called in English ;p . It has very unique smell and taste, this fruit also can be made into one of famous food in Jogjakarta of Central Java called Gudeg.

So, when u thinking about stadium, especially football stadium you will probably imagine about grassy field and wide tribune but check this one out :

Blodog Football Stadium

There the football stadium, no grass and no chair to sit, but somehow this field is one of our pride . Whenever there’s a match we always have such a magnitude crowd, especially when our pride League held, the ‘Kambing Cup’ League with the ultimate prize is a kambing or goat and of course the prestige of being acknowledge by entire Buntet region as the best team ( which is cool, you can’t be famous everyday )
